Mindfulness-Based Stress reduction (MBSR) program is a scientifically validated training program to teach mindfulness in a secular context. It is used for management of stress, pain, anxiety, ADHD, and general wellbeing. MBSR is an eight-week program developed by Professor Jon Kabat-Zinn at University of Massachusetts Medical Center.
